Where you’ll be

Romantic hideaway for couples, this authentic stone cottage is nestled among centuries-old olive groves in Provence. Featuring a plunge pool, spacious terrace for intimate outdoor dining, and breathtaking views to iconic Mont Ventoux. Modern comforts blend seamlessly with exposed stone walls and traditional charm, including air conditioning, WiFi, and fully equipped kitchen. Two kilometers from charming Buis-les-Baronnies with its markets and shops. Ideal base for hiking, biking and climbing.

  • Water Supply: the property uses filtered spring water from private cisterns rather than municipal supply - please bring bottled water for drinking, cooking etc.
  • The olive grove is actively maintained and harvested by a local farmer, requiring periodical maintenance, but with care taken to minimize any disruption to guests.
  • Access is via a narrow mountain road and unpaved track.
  • Parts of the property are difficult to navigate (e.g., uneven stairs): it is not suitable for people with disabilities and/or with reduced mobility.
  • Swimming Pool Availability: The pool is generally available from June through September, in line with the local climate. Depending on weather conditions, we may be able to extend pool season into May and/or October of a particular year. We're happy to confirm the pool status for your specific dates upon inquiry.
  • A security video camera covers the outside entryway to the cabanon. Inside the bedroom, there is a nonactive photo-only camera, which is only activated when the alarm is armed (which is by definition not the case if tenants are present).
  • Registration number with local authorities: ADCR2O.
