Cancellation policy

Prepayment policy: 

1. Deposit of 25% at the time of booking to secure the reservation. 

2. Full payment: due 60 days prior to arrival date. 

3. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of arrival): full payment at the time of booking. 

Cancellation policy - house: 

1. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date with full refund of deposit. 

2. If cancelled between 30-14 days before arrival: 50% refund. 

3. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival: no refund. 

4. Option to change dates (subject to availability) instead of cancelling, with no fee if done more than 30 days in advance. 

Cancellation policy - cabanon: 

1. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date with full refund of deposit. 

2. If cancelled between 14-7 days before arrival: 50% refund. 

3. If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: no refund. 

4. Option to change dates (subject to availability) instead of cancelling, with no fee if done more than 14 days in advance.
